WHAT TO DO IN CASE OF DAMAGE TO THE SHIPMENT DURING TRANSPORT
We make an effort to prepare your packages properly. However, despite this fact shipments may be damaged during transport. In that case, it is very important to react immediately and draw up a damage report - usually it is the carrier's liability for improper performance of the order.
In case of noticing damage, the deliverer should be notified immediately upon receipt of the parcel or no longer than 24 hours after receiving it. It is very important to prepare documentation that confirms damage (pictures, damage report).
IMPORTANT: That issue with full documentation must be notified to us no longer than 24 hours after receiving the parcel. Complaints after this time will not be investigated.
