Properties

Jointing sheet ISOPLAN 1000 Greenline is an ecological sealing material made of bio-soluble mineral fibers and fillers. It can be used at a constant temperature of 1000 ° C 

It has such properties as:

  • low thermal conductivity - it is an excellent thermal insulation material
  • it is easy and quick to process with standard cutting tools,
  • it can be wetted and then shaped in any way, and after drying it retains its shape
  • the ISOPLAN 1000 Greenline board can be glued to other surfaces and the boards can be glued together to obtain the required thickness and thermal insulation properties (use the appropriate Frenzelit glue) 

Application

  • electrical decoupling in low voltage applications
  • acoustic damping
  • high temperature sealing material with low pressure and small leakage requirements of the medium
