Refractory ceramic mats for the industry.
The refractory ceramic mats are available in thicknesses of 13mm, 25mm and 50mm and a density of 128 kg/m3.
Properties
Refractory ceramic mats are made of inorganic aluminosilicate fibers mechanically connected to each other, without the addition of binders.
They have such properties as:
-
non-flammability and fire resistance,
-
high temperature resistance up to 1260°C
-
low thermal conductivity
-
very low shrinkage
-
low density
-
very good flexibility
Application
-
thermal protection of steel structure elements or machines and devices particularly exposed to high temperatures,
-
as refractory and insulating linings for heating devices, burners, induction heaters, flue gas ducts or drying chambers,
-
filling of thermal insulation cushions, also due to their sound-absorbing properties,
-
high-temperature seals, expansion fillings, vibration-dampers,
-
for industrial furnaces in mining, metallurgy, foundry,
-
for insulation of moving parts of doors, hinges, trolleys
