We offer rubber with a knurl in the form of a rolled black sheet - standard sheets are 1200mm wide and 10m long
It is a product of a Polish manufacturer with high quality and 95% rubber content.
The knurled rubber plate / knurled rubber flooring is characterized by a pattern of convex pellets arranged at regular intervals over the entire surface of the floor covering.
Properties
The rubber lining with a knurl is made of SBR (butadiene-styrene) rubber.
The temperature range for SBR rubber is -30°C to 70°C.
A characteristic feature of the rubber lining with a knurl is the structure of convex tablets that are evenly distributed over the entire surface of the board. This surface structure gives it anti-slip properties. Thanks to this, the carpet not only protects the floor and any other surface but also prevents slipping.
In addition, the rubber with a knurl performs such functions as:
- surface leveling
- soundproofing
- depreciation
- thermal layer
- electrical insulating element
The places of application of a rubber lining with a knurl are mainly:
- means of communication, for example in the trunks of vans, to prevent the goods from slipping
- industrial facilities, as well as floors in garages, carpeting on balconies. gyms, warehouses, etc.
- public transport - as a non-slip floor covering
- rubber linings are also used under loads, as shock-absorbing underlays and under machines as anti-vibration pads
The rubber with a knurl is therefore used wherever surface protection and anti-slip protection are required.
