SBR porous rubber sheet for general purpose - a soft and flexible rubber for general use in industry and for the production of gaskets.
SBR porous rubber sheets
SBR porous rubber sheets

Porous rubber (micro rubber) SBR is available in the form of rubber sheets of various thicknesses.

SBR porous rubber sheets are available in the basic version and with gluing (on one side of the board there is glue secured with paper)

The color of the plates is black. This rubber is made of small, closed cells, thanks to which it regains its shape under higher loads, is soft and flexible.

The dimensional tolerance for the thickness of the rubber sheets is 10%

  • SBR rubber sheet 1 mm
  • SBR rubber sheet 2 mm
  • SBR rubber sheet 3 mm
  • SBR rubber sheet 4 mm
  • SBR rubber sheet 5 mm
  • SBR rubber sheet 6 mm
  • SBR rubber sheet 8 mm
  • SBR rubber sheet 10 mm
  • SBR rubber sheet 15 mm
  • SBR rubber sheet 20 mm

Width: from 1200 mm to 1400 mm in length up to 10 m with a thickness from 1 mm to 5 mm and in length up to 5 m with a thickness of 6 mm to 20 mm. The dimensional tolerance on the width of the rubber plates is 30%.

Properties

The SBR porous rubber sheet is made on the basis of styrene-butadiene rubber, i.e. a copolymer of butadiene and sterine. This type of rubber shows the following properties:

  • high flexibility, thanks to which it is a good alternative to natural rubber

  • very good compression, abrasion and tear resistance

  • good current conductivity

  • no resistance to oils and mineral fuels and to weather conditions

  • temperature resistance from -30°C to 70°C

Application

  • production of static washers and gaskets working in an unstretched state, in neutral water solutions, in the temperature range from -30°C to 70°C

  • production of vibration isolation, for example, bumpers and damping underlays

  • soundproofing and insulation for mouse pads
  • production of seals in the automotive industry
  • for mouse pads

  • in the soles of shoes

  • as anti-slip elements of furniture

  • as elements in protective and sportswear
