Fiberglass woven tape for high-temperature and steam thermal insulation.
Properties
Fiberglass woven tape is braided of high-quality E-glass yarn. It has very good electrical and thermal insulation properties, at temperatures up to 500°C.
It also exhibits such features as:

non-flammability and fire resistance

resistant to most chemical media, except concentrated alkalis, hydrofluoric acid, superheated steam and abrasive media.
Application
The ceramic fiber tape, similar to the ceramic tape, is intended for static seals, but in the lower temperature range (up to 500°C). It is an excellent thermal and electrical insulator and is most often used as:

insulation of various types of machines, devices and installations exposed to high temperature

thermal insulation of high-temperature installations, steam installations

thermal insulation of hoses, cables and wires operating near the heat source
