WS-DK thermal insulation nonwoven fabric

The insulating WS-DK non-woven fabric withstands temperatures up to 500°C, is soft and easily adapts to the insulated elements. Depending on the type, it has different thicknesses.

Thanks to the use of a double layer of glass fabric, it is durable and resistant to mechanical damage, and thanks to the use of E-glass, it has the following features:

• does not undergo the process of water hydrolysis,

• is mechanically resistant,

• does not rot,

• resistant to mold. 

The WS-DK heat-insulating non-woven fabric is used for thermal insulation:

• steam and water lines,

• boilers,

• tanks

• machines and devices,

• semi-finished product in the production of fire blankets

as well as for covers of mattresses and insulating cushions.

The type of insulating non-woven fabric used depends on the temperature of the insulated element and the temperature that we want to achieve on the cold side.
