Stove fire rope - flexible insulating seal for high-temperature operation.

Properties
Stove fire ropes are produced on the so-called crochet knitting machines (hook method) with E-glass fiberglass. It has such properties as:
work at temperatures up to 500°C
exceptional flexibility and extensibility thanks to a special design
available in diameters from 4 to 15 mm
natural color or with an admixture of graphite (graphite allows to additionally improve the lubricating properties of the seal and thus its service life)
The heat-resistant stove fire rope is used to seal and insulate doors and facades in stoves and fireplaces. The production technology and the glass fibers used to give it the necessary flexibility and the ability to precisely adhere to the sealed surface.
The stove fire rope is heat resistant up to 500°C and is therefore suitable for domestic stoves and fireplaces. For large industrial furnaces, where the temperature reaches 1250°C, a ceramic fiber seal is used. Additionally, this heat-resistant packing cord is chemically resistant to almost all media, except concentrated alkalis, hydrofluoric acid, superheated steam and abrasive media.
